1. Acceptance & who we are

tftanalytics.ai (“we”, “us”) is a free, independent Teamfight Tactics analytics site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games. By accessing or using the site, you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility & age

The site is not directed to children under 13, and you may not use it if you are under 13. By using the site you confirm you are old enough to do so.

3. The service

The site is provided free of charge and “as is.” We may change, limit, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we don’t guarantee any level of availability, uptime, or support.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, crawling, or automated bulk access of our pages or endpoints, and no framing or resale of our data.
• Don’t overload, disrupt, probe, or attempt to reverse-engineer the site or its infrastructure.
• Don’t use the site to harass, threaten, shame, or target other players, or to post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

5. Accounts

You can sign in with Discord. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

6. Content you create

You keep ownership of the content you create: team comps you save or share, and community posts, comments, and votes. By posting or sharing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content to operate the site (for example, rendering a shared build at its link or showing your post in the community). You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove or moderate content that breaks these terms or that we consider harmful, and posts and comments are public.

7. Intellectual property & Riot Games

The site’s original design, code, and aggregate statistics are ours. tftanalytics.ai isn’t endorsed by Riot Games and doesn’t reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Teamfight Tactics © Riot Games, Inc. Game data and assets are provided via the Riot Games API and Data Dragon / Community Dragon.

8. Third-party services

The site relies on third parties including Discord (sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting, delivery, and security), and the Riot Games API. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for them.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site and all statistics are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Stats are aggregate, best-effort estimates and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current, so don’t rely on them as the sole basis for any decision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

10. Indemnification

You agree to cover us for reasonable claims, losses, or costs that arise from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms or the rights of others.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
